The IM series device is capable of measuring up to 99 dimensions on up to 100 components at the same time, accurately to a micron (.001mm). Our device is also very useful for producing capability reports and even SPC data. Our staff are very skilled with direct measurement devices, but the Keyence takes all the hard work and time out of complete verifications.
